mein blog: Truth and Go - Tea Tasting Notes

Hi,

da ich doch wieder meinen alten eigentlich mal hauptsächlich Go-Blog aktiviert habe...

und dort gelegentlich Tee-Reviews posten möchte... hier ein neues Thema erstellt (den "jianghu" blog habe ich wieder gelöscht) ... wenn ich ein Tee-Review dort poste, werde ich hier kurz darauf aufmerksam machen.

ich habe den Text "beginners mind" noch etwas erweitert und korrigiert...
ich wäre dankbar, wenn ihr mir sagt ob ihr den Text so ok findet... bzw. ob irgendwas komisch oder unverständlich ist...

Here just some general thoughts about my tea tasting.

Sometimes of course it is also just a fixed thing, for example it is hard to believe, that one day, i will became connoisseur of ripe puerh.
So, taken into account that taste is depending on your personal mood, nature, personality, i realized that can`t really describe only the tea, you will all the time automatically describe (a bit) your self.

You might know that sometimes people can get very very serious about tea knowledge and tea tasting…that is often a good thing, but sometimes it comes down to certain kind of tea-expert-cockiness.
I`m serious as well… i`m seriously in love with tea. But, to make it very clear, i`m doing all this because, and only because, it is my hobby and it should be fun and one should never loose one`s own humor while walking further on the tea path. I like the idea to share my tea enthusiasm via the internet (and offline of course)… but not because i want to earn something other than <experience.

My tasting impressions are not „true“, in the sense of absolute truth … maybe i taste nothing in a tea, or only a old-fish-snickers-dust-pineapple aroma… and you would describe it 100% vice versa or would question my mental health after reading that, for me it is all not a damn serious thing. The way i taste tea and try to use words to describe it are changing every day, if you need a reliable source for making a buying decission, this is not the right place for you. My notes are not reliable, but they are absolutely wholehearted.

Actually i don`t anything important about tea, other than, that i like it, and that i like to describe it…

Please never see my tasting notes as being something else than: subjective and personal, often changing, opinions of a beginner.

Die Idee dass jemand in Englisch schreibt weil er Deutsch, obwohl Muttersprache, nicht mag ist lustig... (Ich glaube aber solche Menschen gibt es so gut wie nie)

Nein das ist nicht der Grund... Englisch ist nun mal die Sprache mit der man international kommunizieren kann... Ich lese viele Tee-Blogs und 99% davon sind in Englisch... auch während einige Betreiber (m/w) nicht Englisch Muttersprachler sind!

Ausserdem benutze ich das Bloggen um meine Englisch-Kenntnisse (sozusagen spielerisch) auszubauen, die ich beruflich (ganz anderes Feld als Go und Tee) dringend brauche.
